These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Calorie Tracker: Food Lens (“the App”). By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and Apple's applicable terms.
The App uses automated image and text analysis to estimate calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, fiber, serving size, and other meal information. You can review, edit, and save results.
All nutrition values and portion sizes are estimates for general wellness and informational purposes only. Results may be incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances.
The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, allergy guidance, or a substitute for a physician or registered dietitian. Do not rely on the App for emergencies, medication decisions, eating-disorder treatment, allergy safety, or management of a medical condition.
You may use the App for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes. If you are under the age required to form a binding contract where you live, a parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms.
You must not misuse the App, disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, infringe another person's rights, or reverse engineer the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.
You retain ownership of photos, descriptions, corrections, and other content you submit. You grant us and our service providers a limited right to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the requested App functionality, consistent with the Privacy Policy.
Do not upload content containing people, confidential documents, precise addresses, or other unnecessary personal information.
The App may offer:
Eligible new subscribers may receive a 3-day free trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the selected subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription at the price shown by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Prices, taxes, currencies, eligibility, and availability vary by country and are shown in the App Store before purchase. Purchases, billing, renewal, cancellation, restoration, and refunds are handled by Apple under its rules. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. “Lifetime” means access to the paid App features offered under that product for the supported lifetime of the App; it does not guarantee perpetual availability, every future feature, or support for every future device or operating system.
