These Terms and Conditions govern your use of CrimeDoku, a fictional deduction puzzle game.
CrimeDoku is a work of fiction created for entertainment. Cases, characters, clues, stories, names, events, and locations may be inspired by general detective and puzzle themes, but they are fictionalized. Any resemblance to real persons, events, organizations, brands, or institutions is coincidental unless expressly stated otherwise.
CrimeDoku is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any city, public authority, landmark, company, brand, platform, person, or organization referenced or suggested by the game.
You may use CrimeDoku for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and the applicable App Store terms.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its operation, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or use the app in a way that infringes the rights of others.
CrimeDoku may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium access, such as unlimited play or removal of daily limits.
Subscriptions are purchased, billed, renewed, cancelled, and refunded through Apple and the App Store according to Apple's applicable terms and settings. We do not control Apple's billing systems, renewal timing, cancellation process, refund decisions, taxes, payment failures, or App Store account restrictions.
Premium access is provided only while your subscription is active and validly recognized by the App Store and the app. A subscription does not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or operating system version, or maintained indefinitely.
CrimeDoku is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue features, content, cases, language support, premium features, or the app itself at any time, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that the app will meet your expectations, that all puzzles will be free from errors, that progress will never be lost, or that the app will remain compatible with future versions of iOS, iPadOS, devices, App Store rules, third-party services, or subscription systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of progress, loss of enjoyment, loss of revenue, subscription interruptions, device issues, App Store issues, or inability to use the app.
